About DK

As an IMI-certified mediator, attorney admitted in Korea and California, and Korean patent attorney trusted by global firms, fluent in both Korean and English, with a deep understanding of the legal and cultural frameworks of both worlds—allowing him to resolve complex disputes with precision and balance.

As Head of Legal and Governance at Macquarie Asset Management Korea, he led legal strategies across infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, fund governance, and regulatory risk. Before that, he practiced at KimChang & Lee (formerly Pyeongsan) and Yulchon, gaining extensive experience in finance, M&A, and corporate restructuring.

He also serves on the panels of more than five leading domestic and international mediation and arbitration institutions, widely recognized for his practical expertise in the field.
